When is the check-out time? And can I have a late check out?
Check-in: From 2:00 PM (until 4:00 PM at reception; after that, check-in is through The Windsor Alehouse bar).
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, we’re happy to assist, depending on availability. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice before your check-in time (2:00 PM) for Standard bookings. If you cancel after this time, the total price of the reservation is non-refundable. All weekly rate and discount rate bookings are non-refundable at time of booking.
Do you have any parking lots or are there parking options nearby?
Unfortunately, we do not have on-site parking. However, there are paid parking options available nearby.
We recommend using public transport for convenience. Don’t worry, Pint on Punt Backpackers is conveniently located near tram and bus stations, making it easy to travel around the area.
Is breakfast provided?
Yes, we offer a complimentary breakfast to all our guests, including toast and cereal.
